Inova TableBed

2007_07_18_damico-bed.jpg
Inova one-upped Murphy with their novel approach to the wall bed: this clever model includes a fold-out table or desk.

When the bed's up the room becomes a dining area or home office, making the TableBed a perfect space extender for a studio or even a home office that sees guests only once in a blue moon. Inova smartly included a recessed mirror as well, "to expand the sense of space in the room."

We like that the design is fairly streamlined and that it is apparently very easy to make the transition.

The Inova TableBed is available in San Francisco at Studio Mehler, 415.864.0800.

Oh! We're looking for one of these.

Price?

I hate it when they don't include the price on the website. Why is that done? Is it the "If you have to ask, you can't afford it." philosophy?

Hi ClickChick. Prices vary considerably because there's a whole range of features and options. We included the SF showroom so that you can follow up and get a quote for exactly what you need.

Still, a price range would be nice. Even a "Basic models start at $1000/$5000/$10,000!"

IF you guys want some more info, this was covered as a question on the NYC site a long ways back, and some people had experience with it:
