Blogging the Chronicle: Mission Restaurant Crafted by Stone and Steel Artists

In Saturday's Design Spotting, Zahid Sardar focused on Farina. Brett Terpeluk's design was inspired by art collector Peter Bransten's home, and it showcases handcrafted steel, wood salvaged from riverbeds, and patinaed marble.

We love the tables made from the old Anna's Danish Cookies sign, which used to live on the restaurant's site, as well as the old school chairs. And check out those great red lights!
