Bobby Wise (the owner of George) bought a 530-square foot studio apartment at The Hamilton, tore out the linoleum and carpets, painted the concrete floor, put in IKEA cabinets, and bought vintage lighting and a pedestal sink at Ohmega Salvage. He also removed the pocket doors and frame from the sleeping area, and installed built-in shelving for books, a TV, and a stereo, and a platform bed with storage underneath.

You can bet we'll be hitting Bobby up for a House Tour.

I would love to do something similar in my living room under the window. However, I think a twin bed mattress would be too wide. I'm thinking window seat with ultra thick mattress pad cut to fit, maybe?
