apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

The Organized Home

5-21-organized1.jpgIt's a little hard to picture Julie Carlson and Josh Grove's Mill Valley home as what it once was: A '70s ranch fixer-upper. After an extensive remodel, it's light and airy, clean and uncluttered. There's a nice mix of mid-century and contemporary furniture -- and the built-in storage is truly covetable.

If Julie's name (and a photo or two) seems familiar, it's because she's one of the bloggers behind Remodelista.

Its nice to see good taste and money..more for Metropolitan Home than APT. I am always amused that this site has such a mix bag of showings- small apartments with the creative use of space and IKEA haked pieces then there is this yes nice but so are most larger dwellings with income.

Really makes me want to buy a ranch and blow out the ceiling. I'm saving this one for the wishbook.

I really like the laundry center cabinetry. Great design.
