Now that August is winding to a close, our outdoor party days are numbered, but if we were going to squeeze in one last garden soiree, this would be it. The Etsy handmade blog, The Storque, partnered up with Food and Wine magazine to plan a "garden swap" party, where guests bring the bounty from their vegetable gardens and prepare an impromptu dinner together...

Etsy's Christina and the Food and Wine folks had some great ideas for how to put together this easy, pretty party:
• Mix up a batch of sangria with seasonal summer fruits.
• Offer cute re-usable produce bags as party favors.
• Use mix-and-match vintage linens (available in abundance on Etsy) to create a casual garden party vibe.

Great idea. Love the apron banner!

Love the banner of aprons as a decoration that ends with a party favor for guests to take home. Tote bags would be great too.
