Hanging wreaths in multiples and dangling ornaments from the antlers of the faux-bois heads that have been so popular in recent years is just a start. The sparkling hearth above burns no wood, and live evergreen plants used in a variety of ways doesn't scream "too lazy to take down holiday decor" when you keep it into January and beyond.

I thought the tree in the 1st photo had oyster shells as ornaments, but the sunset slideshow said silk daisies. oops. Now I want to try oyster shells. hehe.
