New Fabric from Skinny laMinx

Skinny laMinx is one of our favorite Etsy sellers (remember the "I Wish We Had Ikea" pillow?), and her new line of fabric makes us love her store all the more. Made of 100% cotton and water-based ink, each fabric features designs inspired by...

...ancient cave paintings found in the Cederberg Mountains outside of Cape Town (where Heather Moore, aka Skinny laMinx, is based). Prices are $14 per quarter-meter, $27 per half-meter, and $50 per meter - but if sewing isn't your thing, not to worry! Many of the fabrics are also used for the tea towels and pillows found in the Skinny laMinx Etsy shop.

These are really great! I've been a fan of Heather's work since she submitted a few of her tea towels to an exhibit I curated last summer:

It's great that she's continuing to expand her line.
