We haven't bestowed a flower box award in a while. It's not that we don't notice flower boxes, it's that SF has too many good ones. It's hard to decide what makes one worthy of an appearance on AT.
This one stands out though. Points for creative re-use. What's better than a clawfoot bathtub full of flowers?
We're guessing that this bathtub would been thrown out had not its owners realized that small leaks don't trouble impatiens (and whatever those pink flowers are...anyone know?).

Those pink flowers are called Naked Ladies--really! I love them. And they seem to love the Bay Area. You can see them blooming on roadsides and such seeminly inhospitable places.
