SF Flowerbox Awards: Private Residence, Piedmont

5-28-08 flowerbox2.jpg

We drive by this mansion once a week on our way to Piedmont High for our evening Deutschstunde. We've gawked at the massive home (and the gorgeous redwoods in the front yard) but it was those dreamy white blooms that made us, *ahem*, stop and smell the flowers. More beauty (and a peek at the mansion) below the jump...

Can't you almost smell the flowers? We stood there for a good 10 minutes with nose to fence before we could pull ourselves away...

Deutschstunde means "German class" in German. I am not the profusion of tea roses girl myself because I see it too many places. But hey, I wouldn't see it everywhere if it wasn't pretty!
