The Pitch: It possesses original 1910 farmhouse charm while the open layout appeals to contemporary sensibilities. Situated high off the street, provides unexpected privacy; window coverings haven't been necessary on front of the house. Outside the main living space windows, majestic trees provide bright vibrant colors half of the year and when bare, reveal views of the Olympic Mountains. Amazing light always present, which is priceless during Seattle's grey months. Situated on a large lot with unique foliage and vegetable beds. If the owner ever desired, there is room to enlarge the house and still have a significant sized yard. Located in the much desired Beacon Hill neighborhood, walking distance to commercial strip of Georgetown and its ever developing art scene.

its too bad it does not look or feel of a 1910 farmhouse maybe too striped from it's heritage.
Although, the price seems good for Seattle for that square footage for a place in great condition.

LoriSF-

That's because it's Beacon Hill. Not exactly the nicest neighborhood around :)

I love the light in this place...I bet this place will go quickly. Lots of light. Obviously well taken care of. Beacon Hill is a great neighborhood....great views of both mountain ranges, super close to the airport and I-5. There is a lot of new small business development in the area - that's always a good sign.

@boycadence - Huh? I live in Beacon Hill, and love it. Close to freeways; great remodeled grocery store, hop to international district, georgetown, columbia city, lots of great neighbors who have been there for generations. Remodeled library and light rail to downtown. Diverse, exciting, accessible, and connected to other neighborhoods.
