The warmth of the weathered wood practically radiates from the chests of drawers, mirror frames, chairs and headboards. And rather than coming off as cloyingly country, the store dresses the tables and walls with spare modern details that allow us to picture the pieces in our urban home.

The hanging glass drops in the first picture after the jump are votive holders, and they are pretty close to these:

CB2 also has a round version:

I don't know about the flatware though - good luck!

The flatware is Taos Twist. It is designed in New Mexico and is hand twisted. I purchased the whole set on vacation 3 years ago and still absolutely love it. It is a perfect weight, slightly heavy, and you can purchase it by the piece. It also looks great on the stand.

Thank you SO MUCH for this post! I grew up in the Boundary Region of British Columbia (a really small region with the primary industry being lumber) and it really made me so excited to see a business profiled that is based out of there. It also made me homesick, I'm going to have to check them out the next time I visit.

A few years ago, I got a custom tv-cabinet piece made by Brook Design. It was gorgeous! We upgraded our t.v. and I almost cried seeing the cabinet go.
