This is highly impractical, but excellent all the same: outdoor seating made from cardboard, dirt, and grass. (AT-Chicago blogged the grass chair as a green product several weeks ago; we thought it merited another appearance for gardening month.)
Downside: you'd have to clip the grass by hand and water your chair far in advance of lounging in it so that it would have enough time to dry. But we imagine it's worth the trouble to be able to nap in the sun, cradled by the Earth.
Available from Fitzsu Society for $235.

Couldn't you just lay flat on the grass? For free?

here's a how-to for a grass couch. i really like the idea of literal lawn furniture. very alice in wonderland.
Until the ants decide it will make a kickin ant hill.
Slap a "Droog Design" label on it, mark it up 300%, and some poor sucker will buy it!
