We could have used the help this morning. From Suck UK, makers of the fast-becoming ubiquitous Sun Jar, comes the MyCuppa color matching guide mug.

Made in both tea and coffee versions, the inside of the mug’s rim is festooned with gradated color blocks corresponding to the relative milk content.

All you have to do is pour, match, remember your preferred milkiness (the colors have helpful names next to them, such as “milky” or “dark and strong”), and then do it again mindlessly the next day...
