We first saw these when Anthropologie was selling a version, and we're as much enamored of them now as we were then. The blob-like softness of the shape and slight green tint remind of something we'd find in an attic and treasure.

These are lovely to look at, but I have similar vases and stopped using them because of how hard it is to clean old flower gunk and water rings out of them. I have tried bottle brushes, soaking in bleach/water, but still yucky inside! I would only buy them if you intend on using like picture #2 for dry sticks!

The Sundance catalog has them on sale for about half that.
I just got mine over the weekend and they are fantastic. Heavy and uniquely shaped.

the best way i've found to clean vases like these is with a cloth.
1) 1/3 or 1/4 fill the vase with water
2) poke the cloth into the vase but hold onto a corner at the rim of the jar
3) shake and swirl around until clean
:D

Anyone know where I can get these online for much cheaper? I can't afford to spend that much on something that just sits on a shelf, but I love the way they look (and they match my decor!).
I'm hoping for $50 or so for all three, rather than for each. They don't have to be blobs...I just love the clear glass with a green tint (my mother had some that she called Spanish glass).
