Dear Christy,
Of the three, we actually prefer Lillberg, low price notwithstanding. Four reasons:
1. The off-the-floor frame design and light feel of Lillberg work well in small spaces and fit nicely with your almost floor-to-ceiling windows and your M-C-M side table.
2. It is extremely simple to create your own slip covers for cushions of this shape, and this will allow you to personalize-- and spruce up-- this very simple piece with a more high-end fabric.
3. The lack of matching ottoman is a creative opportunity. Again, the design of this loveseat is so basic you will be able to mix and match it with many types of stools or ottmans. Take advantage of the opportunity to incorporate some extra storage, or perhaps an interesting accent piece like a tall, Morrocan style pouf.
4. Later on when you can have place with a deck or garden, your sturdy Lillberg loveseat can become the basis of a comfortable outdoor living space.
Anyone else?
hm, i'm always up for a hunt, so my first thought was to scour your local thrift stores, flea markets, etc. and try to find a fantastic chaise? if you get it for super cheap, you could spend a bit recovering it and it wont look too gigantic in your space.
or what if you found a couple of club chairs to put there with the table in between them? i think that'd look stellar. you could find a longer, low-backed couch to put next to them in front of the window...?
though im sure you have, i think you should re-think your arrangement options and also maybe come up with some couch alternatives...
and get an area rug to cover that officey carpet quick! :)

I agree on the Lilliberg. My opinion would be to stain it to match the side table, doing that and slipcovering it in better fabric will improve the look 100%.
However, I also think you could rethink placing the seating in front of the window instead of squeezing it into that space.

Two modern armless lounge chairs like these from Steelcase

side by side. Don't put the endtable between them, it's very awkward when only two people are in the room sitting on the couch/chairs with a table between them.
This style is found vintage from many manufacturers often quite cheap. Seach ebay for armless lounge chair

You can also look at some of the affordable sofas through overstock.com
This one:

Or even this one, which is only 62" wide:

These are a bit more substantial than the Lillberg, even though I like the modern lines and openness of the Lillberg model.

Although I don't have any recommendations about a sofa to get I would very much so suggest that you DO NOT get the Lillberg sofa from IKEA. I purchased both the 2-seater and 3-seater a few years ago when I was back in college and on a budget. Let me tell you that this was the most uncomfortable couch I had ever sat on. It got to a point where nobody would use the living room it would be that bad. So although it looks nice - it's not worth the money :-)

I'm fairly picky, so I actually went the custom route when I bought my sofa and chair. I went to Robert at SF Sofas on Brannan, and he was able to customize what we wanted so they were perfect. Prices won't compare to Ikea or Target, but you'll get exactly what you want, and he might negotiate with you. (He did with us, at least, but our circumstances were different.)
His website is http://sfsofas.com/index.html, and the store is a little.....scattered, but it's worth the visit.

Urban Outfitters has some super-cute furniture right now.
I'm partial to the mid-century sofa which would go well with your table & is under $500. But at 75" it might be smooshed in there.
The pillow topped settee is adorable, 46" long and $550-- plus they'll ship you fabric swatches for free before you buy.

PS Target has free shipping right now on many of their loveseats. It's not included but I have a massive crush on the Peat Mercer Microfiber Loveseat.

I found a great couch for cheap at a local furniture store. A lot of stores will sell there floor models for at least 1/2 off when they move inventory.
