Good Questions: Counter for a home espresso bar?

Hi there!

I’m hoping to get some advice about outfitting a home espresso bar using either a bar or console table.

My boyfriend and I were fortunate enough to receive a fantastic new espresso machine as a gift. It arrived last night, and it’s a monster! The dimensions for the espresso machine (Expobar Office Control) are 15.25”H x 9.5”W x 16.5”D and the dimensions for the grinder (Mazzer Mini) are 16.5”H x 7”W x 11”D.

We have a decent sized kitchen, but not enough counter space for the two machines. I’d like to find a great bar or console table that we could rig as our espresso bar (of sorts) on the opposite side of our kitchen. It would need to have sufficient counter space, and perhaps some storage. I would love to find something within the $200-$300 range, but am willing to go a bit higher. Any ideas?

Thanks much :-)

I can't vouch for the quality - or how well (if at all) it'd match your style - but this one for $199 from Target has got the right dimensions, and I dig the red:

Nice gift!
