Good Questions: Something Similar to these Lamps?

lampq012209.jpgHS is looking for stable lamps. He writes: Would you please help me find lamps similar to these two Ralph Lauren table lamps? Or a better price for them?

These are similar and ~ $200 (I think the RL lamps go for ~$750)

Simon Pearce makes glass (and ceramic) lamps.

In store at Target you can find bases that are fairly similar (not etched) and then you just have to match the shades as they are sold separately (under $100)

I've been looking for something like this as well...

The lamp that jazzybel posted is the one that I'm going to purchase. And... it's on sale at Lamps Plus for $79.95. Not too bad!

i bought this for my mom and filled it with a little seashell and driftwood arrangement (but looks nice empty too). it's decent quality, heavy and sturdy.

I have a lamp identical to the one on the left (with a drum shade). You can get them at Pottery Barn Outlet, they are a stock item (i.e. always carried). I think I got mine when they were having a 50% off sale, can't remember how much, but definitely a bargain! Good Luck!!
