Good Questions: Tramp Art Frames?

9-22-tramp art.jpgHi,

I am looking for frame for an antique print and like the look of tramp art frames like this or at Artisans. Real tramp art in the size I need is probably too expensive and also the print is an odd size. Do you have any suggestions on places to find frames with similar dark rustic wood prefereably with a busy feel to it?

The print itself is 6x9 and has a stained border of about 1.5 in all around so I'm looking for a 9 x 12 or 11x 14 size frame. Any help would be appreciated.

Tramp art frames come up frequently on E-Bay, and are almost always unusual sizes. Check, you could get lucky.

Etsy.com has a forum called Alchemy where you can request custom work. You set your max price and a timeframe and pick whichever bid you like the most. It seems to work pretty well.
