Good Questions: What do you think of the Franklin Chair?

2007_06_19_franklin_chair.jpgHi AT:SF,

I just saw the retro Franklin Bench Chair at Target and thought it was a great looking chair for the price.

I thought I'd ask AT readers for their reviews!

Thanks,
MN

i think the chrome legs/back are a little too thick... and the back cushion buttons are a lil deep and large

it just comes off as bulky.

I agree with JenJen. I also don't like the white edging on the black "leather". Target creates this reflex in me where I stick out my tongue and say "blet."

To be honest, even I'm not that thrilled with this design. Target has had better stuff for low priced furniture than this IMO.

I LIKE the chair... It looks quite comfy... Until I read on Target's site that it's made out of vinyl.

I think it's kinda cute, too. I could see it being used in an entry way but not as regular seating in a living room - doesn't look quite that comfy!

I think this is pretty nifty. It's not knock-me-down beautiful, but it's cute and unassuming; could be perfect in the right backdrop.
