looks like eames or le corbusier to me. hivemodern.com has some of the tubular steel furniture, but I can't place exactly where that chair comes from.

That chair was designed by Valvomo (www.valvomo.com), but according to their website they are still looking a manufacturer for it. I do remember that small quantity, few dozens, were produced for a restaurant in Helsinki, but that's it. Although the chair was comfortable, the seat lost its shape after awhile.

It's kind of baggy.

#9: Yes, that's about it, maybe they were even more baggier. But we have to remember that restaurant environment is always hard for any piece of furniture, chair might be ok at home.
