West Elm also has a nice (and much cheaper) alternative...though I haven't seem them in person

The West Elm ones are much more affordable, but right now seem to only be available in Gold. Which I suppose would fit into some decors (just not mine!).

Mystery solved.
Emailed Dosa, and received a reply back (impressive!!):
"Unfortunately, we are not currently producing the poufs. We hope to resume with this style in the future, but cannot say at this point when that will be. "

And I'm wondering where to get that chair in the picture. The lounge chair that looks like a rope chair with arms? I've been looking for one like that for ages! Does anyone have any ideas?

Looks like Jens Risom--however saw these at overtock that are kind of cute if you dont want to shell out the money for the real thing

I saw something similar at Target yesterday. They were round poufs, probably not real leather. Didn't check the price but that might be an option.
