SF Good Questions: Who Makes This Origami Wall Unit?

12-19-origami.jpgHi,

Anyone know who makes this gorgeous origami wall unit? I came across it while searching on the web and cannot recall where. All google searches yielded no results. I love it so much!

Thanks,

Natalie

Natalie,

It looks very familiar to us, but we haven't been able to track it down either.

Anyone?

oh crap...i saw this at an uber-high end furniture/interiors place in DC.......the place is way way way up Wisconsin. I want to say in Tenleytown, but I think that's wrong.

found it! the name of the store is Maurice Villency.

$19,995! And the picture next to that price doesn't even have this many units...

If I found the right photo on that site, it's not really origami (it's not really folded from cardstock or whatever), right?

The wall unit is made of wood and I recall the design was either Italian or Danish. Thank you all for responding, still trying to find the exact piece

michael, i was floored by the pricing in that store. everything was priced like that, even weird near-knockoffs of classics! very strange.
