why are those grown men sleeping in bunk beds?
Really hard to tell by that picture.

If it helps, the wallpaper looked like black & white technical drawings of trains planes & automobiles. I don't have a source, alas.

it appears to be black and white line drawings of planes, trains and boats.
Lori, Step Brothers is a movie about two grown men who don't really act like grown men...good movie.

I believe it's from Ralph Lauren Childhood Classics 2, that pattern has been discontinued.

just a thought: if you're the creative sort, hand draw a similar pattern onto manageable sized paper and use a projector to enlarge it onto the wall...tracing it with a black paint marker?

It is indeed from the Ralph Lauren Childhood Classics II (Pattern Number: LCW23530W). I'm pretty sure that it is discontinued but there is a place online that has the pattern(s). There are a few versions that differ only in color. For example white planes, trains, and boats on red (or blue). The links below are for the different colors. The top most link should be that pattern (its hard to tell but I think it is the one.
