19%: Water Rationing Returns
SF Chronicle: 05.24.08

5-28-chron.jpgIt's a bit of deja vu for those of us who went through water rationing when we were kids growing up in California. In Australia nearly all the major cities have some form of water restrictions and it is not going away anytime soon. There is just not enough rainfall to fill the water catchments. There is now a lot of interest in garden and house design to save water. Welcome to the future!
