Something to think about. Just a reminder that this Friday is the 15th annniversary of Buy Nothing Day. I never really got "buy nothing day" - doesn't everyone just go spend their money the next day instead, making no difference at all in companies' quarterly profits? Same with the "don't buy gas on this day" thing... am I missing something?

Eh, I will definitely be participating as we are having Thanksgiving on Friday this year and I am cooking all day! But yes, I did just do all my shopping before so I don't know how it makes a difference.

Never, ever have I shopped on Black Friday. But I call it "having a life."
