I love using calendars for wrapping paper. If it's a birthday present, I try to use the same month as the birthday boy or girl.

i have that same giant wall calander.. i have january and february rolled up for future gifts that may require wrapping.

but that lampshade is brilliant. so simple.. yet really interesting.
