In the Energy-Efficient Home Makeover, sponsored by Flex Your Power, KGO Radio, ABC7, Sustainable Spaces and Lowe's, one Bay Area homeowner will receive relief from high energy bills with an energy efficiency audit and retrofit worth up to $50,000.
