SF House Tour: More of Monique and Richard's Apartment at a Glance

2-12-monique2.jpg

It turns out that while Monique had sent us 32 photos for her SF House Tour: Monique and Richard's Apartment at a Glance, several of them disappeared into the ether somewhere between her computer and ours. So we've just added 10 more photos to the slideshow.

Very homey. Its a very French aesthetic- or it seems like many an apartment I have seen in Paris.

Gorgeous sensibility: creative and wabi-sabi. I really love the huge ocean painting and the wrap around shelf underneath with mysterious-content jars. I also like seeing specific 'before' and 'after' pix.

Ah! The wonders of the internet, I feel like I have soul mates in S. F. Everything in this tour seems right. Your love of nature, your compositions, and your choice selections are very refined. Thanks for the inspiration. The bird print of the owl looks like an early John James Audubon, beautiful. Look at L.A. K and G 's Sugar Shack. I think we were seperated at birth.

kblue,
I just took the House Tour of your fabulous Sugar Shack and yes...we were separated at birth. It was so great to see the way you maintain a balance in your decorating. I love your inspirations and your choices. There are so many favorite parts it is hard to pick out one that I love the best...do you make little sculptures and display them under glass domes? Is that what I saw in one of those pictures?
