With the craftsman detailing of the house, the art by local artists, family photos tucked on shelves, furniture designed to sit and talk for hours in, and souvenirs collected on her extensive travels, the mix of furnishing manages to be eclectic and interesting but never overwhelming. The feeling you're left with is that this is not just a house, but truly a home, and a real reflection of the inhabitant, something that we don't seem to see enough of today.
