Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! - for compiling this list. I am also one of the >300 sqft dwellers and I, too, am stll trying to pull my tiny space together... With the help of Max's book and my favorite people on AT, it starts to seem possible.

i just moved in to a 309 sq foot place,
so this is perfect timing.

i have two cats...i think the most difficult part has been trying to hide the litter.

Wow! I live in NY - but originally am from San Jose. I am really surprised that 300 sq. foot studios actually exist in San Jose! When I was there, single family homes or condos were the norm.

What kind of building is this Andrew? Is it a cut down industrial space?

BTW - great job!

Most of these spaces are for singles or couples.

How about finding families w/children living in less than 600 sq ft?

Thanks for this - I moved into a 375SF place in Memphis back in November. I decided to downsize from over 1000SF in an effort to streamline and simplify life. I am loving my small space and love seeing what others are doing with their places.

We had a family lined up that lives in 890 sq. ft., but they decided to bow out because they didn't want to show their home "covered in toys and cracker crumbs."

We'll keep an eye out, but usually people contact us when they want to do a House Tour...Hey everyone, here's a call out for families living in small spaces! Email us!

Nice job Andrew, but don't be sitting on that couch if an earthquake occurs - I see all those great framed things landing on you!

I love the new place much better, the high ceilings and it seems to have more light. Great job! Where did you find the green nesting tables?

Hooray! These links are just what I need--I may be moving into a 388 square foot condo soon. Thank you, apartment therapy! As for cookie crumbs and toys, I think it's OK to see them...after all, I'd like to see how the space actually WORKS for people, not just how it photographs at its best!

LOL @ mmepatty - maybe BluTack would hold the frames in place, up to a few Richter points anyway? Love that main picture, I like the colour grouping of the books too, it's very easy on the eye.
