Update: Annie and Eric's Art-Filled Ocean Beach House

It was only a few months ago that we shot Annie and Eric's house tour, but the couple has since decided to make a big change: move across the bay to Alameda, into a bigger place where they plan to start a family. The good news? They've already agreed to give us a tour of their new home once they're settled, and the home we featured is now for sale, if anyone out there is looking . . .

It seems a LOT of house tour home owners up and sell their homes not long after the house tour pics are posted.

Can't help but wonder if some of them KNOW they'll be moving before the house tour and agree to the AT hour tour purely as a means of getting images of their home posted online for free for potential buys to see.

Sure they do, but isn't that what you call a win/win situation. I have no problem with it, if it means I get to see inside some cool homes.
