After Shelterrific's Mary found this lounge chair on the sidewalk, she ordered a re-webbing kit online (a quick Google search for "re-webbing" comes up with many options). The kits come with the vinyl belts as well as metal clips or screws to secure the webbing to the chair frame.
Mary's tutorial shows you how to tell if you're going to need clips or screws, and meticulous photos depict the process of weaving and clipping the webbing onto the frame.

OK I've been digging and FOUND the ONE manufacturer of webbing in the US. I introduce http://waltrichplastic.com/ this company supplies the webbing to all of our standad distributors ie Ace, Walmart(>:{), Target, etc. You can email them for all available webbing and so on. Vintage enthusists rejoice!!
