I've seen similar colanders at Target and Macys.
The pan looks like it might be from Rachel Ray's line unless her's is only orange. More and more stores have crazy colored cookware now.

i think both groups are cute, but i love the vibrant colors of the 2nd group!! definitely for hanging outside the cupboard!
