Our House Tours and House Calls are so inspiring that sometimes we wish they weren't. Often we feel so inspired by something we've seen that we end up devoting way too much time to searching for something similar. Latest case in point: the vintage pillowcase that hangs above Molly's bed in our House Call: Molly Meng of 8mm ideas (see the close-up below the jump).
Ebay has tons of embroidered pillowcases, most 100% cotton and cheaper than buying a poly-blend at Kmart. I have a stack of funny them in my linen closet.
I always wonder, though, who goes to all that trouble to embroider and then sells the pillowcases for $4. Maybe grandchildren throwing things out? I spy a new trend.
