Easy DIY Inspiration from Mod Green Pod

042109 modgreenpod.jpgGoing into a fabric store without a project in mind can be a dangerous move. If you're like us, you might end up walking out of there with yards of beautiful fabric... that end up sitting in your closet for the next few months. But now Mod Green Pod has got us covered by featuring DIY projects for a range of skill sets alongside their selection of healthy home textiles and wallpaper...

042109 mgp bags.jpgWe'd love any one of these Hable Construction storage bushels, but until we can justify the price we'll make a few drawstring bags in any of MGP's pretty prints for a more affordable storage alternative. We also like the tea towels and table runner projects that are featured. See all of Mod Green Pod's DIY ideas on their blog by clicking on "MGP DIY" on the right hand side.

Find an awesome pillowcase that you love and adore, split open the inside seam of the fold-over for an insta-pocket, and run a cute rope or cord through the pocket... Easy, cheap drawstring bag that you already fell in love with. Cost: $7-$15.
