Inspiration: Happy Chic for Every Home

We can't wait to see the entries, as any home described as both "happy" and "chic" sounds like it could be very inspirational. In the meantime, they've compiled a slideshow of great interiors that exemplify the spirit of the contest.

There are a lot of fun, unexpected color combinations and little snippets of advice from Adler to go along with each of the images in the gallery. We love the chartreuse seen in several pictures and the giant animal statues - we want that giraffe!

I'm sorry, but that top photo looks alot like something out of 1970s decorating or sewing book. The kind of thing that makes you cringe.
