While at brunch a few weeks ago we couldn't help admiring Bistro Vida's chalkboard menu display. The three narrow pieces are mounted on the wall so they can swivel, meaning they can be visible to most of the room...

We would love to see this idea co-opted in a home - a slightly more stylish take on the chalkboard wall, we think it would look great anywhere from the kitchen to a kid's room.

I love these chalkboards, but am having such a hard time finding a chalkboard in this size for my kitchen! Any suggestions as to where I can find one?

Anokha - I wonder if you could just get a piece of wood cut to the size you need and then paint it with a few coats of chalkboard paint?
