Matthew Eikelberger's Home

9-11-08mathrew.jpgBack in August, AT:LA wrote about The Selby, a website that documents the interiors of hip LA and New York people. While we loved the post, we were particularly interested in Matthew Eikelberger's home, as it looks like something you'd see here in San Francisco.

9-11-08mathew1.jpgIt's what you'd find on the border of Potrero Hill and the Mission District. An open space (it's a loft) with a lot of fun colors and furnishings.

9-11-08mathew2.jpgWe also love how eclectic his interiors are. There's so many different influences.

not at all my style, but I've always wanted the "Oak Park Library" cabinet which he uses for dvds.

I've been reading that blog for a while - I really like the spare European feel of Alexander Wang's loft, as well as several others.

By the way, you may want to correct the spelling in the post: it's "Selby" not "Shelby" ;-)
