the shower curtain is from Nicole Miller, retails for $50, but you can use a 20% at Bed Bath & Beyond. It looks fabulous in our all white and silver bathroom!

I am also curious about the beadboard....is it over the tile? Also did you put in baseboards? We have been pondering the same project but also need to replace the tile in the shower.

Love it! I'm curious - how did you compensate for the lost storage space by removing the vanity?

    This looks great!

Did you apply something to the tile and place the beadboard on top? The 3rd and 4th picture shows the tile area is darker, not white. Or did you smash and remove them first?

Thanks so much for all the kind comments about our entry!

To answer your questions: I used a hammer and chisel to remove all the plastic wall tile before my husband came in and applied the beadboard. (What you're seeing in the "during" shot is the imprint of that tile in the epoxy that was used to adhere it to the wall.) As for the storage lost by removing the vanity: we actually bought a stainless steel shelving unit the following weekend (after I submitted our entry) that is hung above the toilet to house our lotions and potions and such.
