Agri-Chic Lighting from Barn Light Electric

Since stumbling upon these guys for a galvanized steel roundup, I've had a revisit to their site bouncing around my to-do list. Quite a few of their utilitarian (agri-chic?) fixtures caught my eye...

We bought a fixture at Lowe's that very, very similar to the Artesia, for much less. Just a heads-up. AT blogged about it a year or so ago.

Can anyone that has bought from here comment on quality?

Regarding quality...I thought who better to comment than the owner of Barn Light Electric Company. The Artesia is an American Made light fixture that is commercial grade and comes with a heavy duty wall backing plate and 1/2" IP gooseneck arm. It is designed to weather high winds, wet locations and will last a life time.

The fixture at Lowes is made in China with a light weight wall backing plate, a very thin (approximate 1/8" IP gooseneck arm) and only comes in one finish...galvanized.

The Artesia is available in approximately 30 finish options. At Barn Light Electric we pride ourselves in selling only high quality and commercial grade lighting for home installation. We have sold several thousands of light fixtures and NEVER had one returned based upon a quality issue.

I will personally stand behind my products.
