Propellor Design comes to us out of Vancouver, B.C., with these handcrafted lamps to give the rest of the branch-y, twig-y designs so popular these days a run for their money.
Galiano Pendant Light by Propellor Design
The Galiano manages an organic look that is still sleek and pulled together. We would imagine it would say something like "yes, I'm in a room, with people, in a city, not out in the wilderness."
And that twig is functional, folks: it's the light's pull switch, and a wind-downed Arbutus branch from the eponymous Galiano Island, B.C., to boot. The light shade is made from reclaimed Douglas Fir.

"sleek and pulled together"? I have to disagree with the previous posters, this is capital U, Ugly. The stick is an eyesore that would fight with everything in the room, unless of course you've wallpapered with a forest mural (gag!).
