Molecular Pro Lights by Next

These lights remind us, in both form and function, of the little round pieces of styrofoam that cling to a cardboard box after pulling out the molded insert.

Each light is a sphere of roughly 10", with three flat sides to aid configuration with other lights or in the corners of a room. The modular lighting system is made from plastic and aluminum, with a glass shade.

We have unanswered questions about these: how are the spheres mounted to walls or each other? The website lists the configurations, starting with a single sphere and going up to six; but the price appears to be fixed at $186.

I just ordered these a week or 2 ago (the pendant version of 4). They are not completley round, and the backpart is made of alumunium. So they look round but are not.
