Over the weekend we decided to take a walk around the Mission. As always, there were plenty of beautiful designs to gawk at. As we were walking down a side street off of 24th Street, we stumbled upon these stairs outside of someone's home.
Look!: Tiled Stairs
We like them and we think they represent good design. Why? Moderation! We apply the same principles to our own homes. A burst of color here, a focal point there. Bravo!

This is nothing new from someone who has lived in Brazil and has been to Portugal. I think we should have an APT therapy in Portugal because the craftmanship is so beautiful and historical.
