apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

These wonderful papercuts are by Tina Tarnoff, a San Francisco designer. She cuts them out by hand from a single sheet of paper. To create contrast they are mounted on Indian cotton rag paper and attached to a black mounting board. All of her pieces are unique as they are all made by hand. Her imagery has that fairy tale quality that we admire. They seem whimsical, but also very graphical due to the nature of the creative process.
