Do these colors look familiar?

2006_11_21_color.jpgMamaChilanga shares again! This time to grace our front page with some shots of her recent living room makeover.

She writes, Thought you'd get a kick out of seeing Mama Chilanga's new sofa, carpet and throw pillows.

The color scheme was inspired by the logo for this year's Fall Colors contest ;-).

We're kicked! [more pics after the jump]

I love the colors. And you're another person with her sofa in her bay window.

Hey ... don't knock it ... I LOVE those PBTeen sales ... I have bought my two favorite pieces of furniture there (a craft table and a great rolling stool) in the sale section. I'd never pay full-price for anything there and most of it is too cutesy, but they have some neat stuff if you sift through it all ... such as your fab lamp ;-)

Please, o please share where you found the lovely bird art.

WHich bird art?

The caustic painting is by Amy Ruppel. The feather art is from eBAy, is vintage and probably Mexican. The tile was purchased at EGG, a store in San Francisco's Cole Valley. I do not know the artist. The three prints (sparrow, owls and cardinals) are by Charley Harper. There are a couple of different galleries that sell his work and you can also find his stuff on eBay.
