Look!: Bright Blue Wall at Eden & Eden

6-9-08 blue wall.jpg Saturday was so gorgeous we decided to go on an epic walk across the city, from outer Noe to Jackson Square. And despite our fatigue, we still got excited by all the beautiful inspiration we found at Eden & Eden.

This wall reminded us Carrie's redecorated apartment in the Sex and the City movie, and popped really well with the black, white and citron that decorated the rest of the shop. We wonder how long until we can officially call the color a new trend? We'll keep our eyes peeled for more examples, for sure.

Love it! Done it here, with watery blues and greens, so the mustardy yellows and pinks of the peonies really pop.

I like the color a lot, but only in someone else's place. There is no way I could unwind--never mind sleep-- with such bright & intense walls.
