Look!: Carlene's Old Lamp Makeover

We love this quick lamp revamp from Carlene (and her crafty husband). She's described the above version as "Scruffy brown lamp. Cute shape, ugly color". We agree. Check out the new version below the jump...

From Carlene:

Here's what he (crafty husband) did:

(all this stuff is from the hobby shop for model
building)

sanded

primed with a white primer

sprayed with orange lacquer

sprayed with glossy clear coat

new black cord from Salvation Army clock

Here's the key word if you're gonna do this...remember...Ventilation!
