Look! Chairs Upholstered in Cyanotype Fabric

Do you remember the Sunprint Kits that have been popular with kids for ages? They're little squares of paper that you lay out in the sun with objects on it, which you then develop in water to make a blue and white silhouetted print. Apparently one can get specially treated fabric that behaves the same way.

More Ways to Waste Time turned us on to the fabric and this particular project in Martha Stewart's Encyclopedia of Crafts. While this white chair with a few tame flower stems is pretty enough, the possibilities for projects with this fabric are endless (if always blue): curtains, pillows; we'd like to see an entire couch.

The fabric is available for purchase from Blue Sunprints.

You can treat your own fabric with kits you can buy from photo supply places. Super easy.

Does anybody know specifically where to buy the original sunprint paper? I can't find it anywhere!
