We recently had dinner at RNM on Haight Street and found ourselves distracted by the unusual materials used in the restaurant's interior.
The upstairs lounge was lit by conical frosted glass lamps. The walls were draped with a delicate chainlink mesh. And a Medusa's head of a light sculpture made from even more delicate mesh tubing was a showstopper of a centerpiece.
It was dark, and our mobile phone was the only camera on hand, but the baseline fabulousness of this place still comes through.
