We like scarves as much as Elizabeth of Box Living apparently does, but her DIY resourcefulness on the subject far outstrips ours. This pretty row of fabric loops makes a perfect display for the cold-weather collection.

Easy to make and easy to mount (Elizabeth used a staple gun through the fabric), it beats our disorganized scarf basket.

Very clever BUT I'm not so crazy about just stapling it to the door. I would mount the fabric on a strip of wood and then mount it using a couple of screws.

I LOVE this. I think I'll add a few loops of ribbon at the top and then tack it on the wall.

I would put industrial snaps at the top of the loop so that you can add or remove the scarves without having to pull them through.

I was totally inspired as well but like most of you didn't like the idea of stapling the fabric to the wall. I chose to do wrap the fabric around the back board of a frame. It's worked well so far. Take a look for more ideas....http://www.akangarooo.com/blog/2008/11/scarf-holder/
